Looking at other mommies's posting and their well-kept blogs on their baby's development, I'm telling myself, I've gotta start one soon... guess this is the best way to record their millstone and developments... they really grow fast! :D

Prudence Through The Months

Prudence came to play!

Prudence arrived on 12 April 2009

A morning appt with Dr Ang @ TMC, we had schedule for an operation for delivery the next week as u are still in breech position (I had strong feelings u wont be turning down anytime soon), we went shopping wif (ur)Grandma... Tampines 1 the newly open shopping mall... lots of food, baby stuffs.

Went to Aunty's place for a break, and headed back to TPY for dinner the Taiwan Porridge.

It's almost midnight, i'm tossing and turning not able to get into sleep. Suddenly i felt a gush of water coming from below... i panicked and jump out the bed... i was leaking uncontrollably... i was thinking to myself... Prudence is on her way, quickly wake Daddy up from he long gone sleep.

I stood next to the bed for a good 5 mins before i realized i need to hurry and go for a bath! (wont be able to bath after delivery!) We packed and headed down for a cab to the hospital, (it's almost 1am) Reached, settled down, when through registration... i was being sent up the a ward, nurse is preparing me for the OT, while Daddy is still downstairs settling registration.

After changing, I was being pushed to the OT, and got my Epidural anesthesia done, i was shaking uncontrollably, its not due to the temperature but the side effect of the Epidural. Soon Dr Ang came in talking (which i could not remember a thing of wat he said) He was asking me if i did feel any pain after pinching my thigh... (no feeling at all) the next thing i remember is Anesthetist came over and said " i'm going to push ur tummy from the top, so Dr Ang will be able to grab baby out".... and WWeeaahhhhh!!! (baby's crying) Prudence Came to Play! Only den Daddy came in to join me... and watch the nurses weight u, measured u, clean u up.

Lastly we both a being brought back to the ward, where Grandpa, Grandma and Ah Yi is waiting anxiously for us, its already 2plus am in the morning.

Bright & Shine

Finally finnish up the washing for Prudence's little clothings, towels, blankets...etc...
The Sun is up the Sky is blue... lets hang out for awhile! :)

Mittens and Booties

Prudence now have lots of mittens and booties... while we are still worrying if she will be having enough and kept buying everytime we went shopping.
Seems like there will be rain tomorrow, according to the weather forcast... will start washing her stuffs after tomorrow, time is running out...

Uncle JohnPaul Teo says Prudence, is coming out to play soon. :)

Baby Prudence's Toys

Brought this night light at OG (good thing they are having sale 20% + 7%)
It's plays a different colours of lights and it also gives out a sound that is simillar to the mothers womb which says to help comfort baby, it even have this function that it will activate itself if when baby starts to cry, so to help claim baby.


Finally, baby Prudence have toys to play!
Brought these toys at Baby Fair last Saturday... it was a real bargin.
Teddy Hippo plays music, Happy Farmland is a book, while I love Puzzle can be stacked up!

Bright Rainbow after a Rain

Darling is on his way home... he called me... "there's a rainbow outside"!
It's been a long long time since we saw one... such a beautiful one.
Life can be beautiful at some point of time... we might be always looking down, busy with our stuffs, but when you take time to look in the sky, u might find something wonderful.

Finally came up with my blah blah sheep sheep jumping decals for Prudence's room!
Darling is going to check out the price for printing at Bras Basah during lunch time, hope is cheaper den ordering online... den we can make more!

Lets see lets see, gonna come up with more... flowers... buzzing bees....rainbows maybe...

Feeling rather creative today... here's my work of random....
Hope i will have more designs to come up with soon...
maybe can also come up with some patterns for Prudence's room and make into decals.

Inspired Inspired Inspired!

I'm attempting to make these little booties for Prudence when she's out... (so tempted to do it now since I'm so free, but was being stopped cos "Pang Dang") but I'm still very much inspired!

I'm also planning to make headbands, cute little dresses, little toys... and more more more!
